Tandoori Quail

Contains tender Quails rendered beautifully in hung yoghurt, red paprika and a host of freshly ground tandoori spices. The marinated quails are allowed to sit for a few hours in the chiller before being carefully packed and transported to your kitchen ready for direct grilling.
